About the REALTOR® Badge

Why Work with a REALTOR®?

All real estate agents are not the same. Only real estate agents who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. They proudly display the REALTOR "®" logo on the business card or other marketing and sales literature.

What's In It for Me?

When a real estate licensee joins the Association of REALTORS®, they earn the right to call themselves a REALTOR®. REALTORS® pledge to adhere to a Code of Ethics, which means that all their activities in the conduct of their business must satisfy the strict obligations of the Code. The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations.

I'm Still Not Convinced

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make, and you need someone you can trust, someone who can guide you through this complex transaction, someone who is more than just a real estate agent. You need a REALTOR®.

Click here to find out more about why you should work with a REALTOR®, not just a real estate agent.

The REALTOR® Badge provides assurance to the consumer that the real estate agent is an active REALTOR® in good standing with NAR.

In California, the badge displays a link to the California Department of Real Estate, and when possible, the REALTOR®'s market areas, areas of specialization, committee assignments, and photo.

About Me
From building homes for the homeless in Tijuana, Mexico to volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, I understand the foundation of home ownership. Having taught several Habitat for Humanity women's builds, I'm a big advocate for empowering & educating women about project ideas that are inexpensive & easy to do. I'm not only a REALTOR but I am dedicated to my local communities. My role as Founder of Rize Above Media (a 501c(3) non-profit, at-risk youth media program www.RizeAboveMedia.org) compliments my community-enrichment approach to real estate. I understand that if the youth in neighborhoods are focused on positivity they will ultimately promote change in their families and start uplifting communities.
